Admit Card 24 How to Download MDCAT Roll NO Slip 2024 PMDC? Here we have a few steps for downloading the Admit cards for the MDCAT test 2024. From here students can check the steps through which they can download the Admit Cards/ Roll no slips.   Step 1: Go to www.uhs.edu.pk   Roll No Slip MDCAT Step 2: Click on MDCAT Download MDCAT- 2024 Admittance Card Step 3: The following page will open. In the beginning, Enter your Full name. Step 4: Further, fill in your CNIC/ B-Form/ Passport Last four Digits (Without Dashes). Step 5: At last, tap on the search button and print the admit card which must be (White, A4 size paper, Plain). Instructions For MDCAT Test For the session It’s advised to the Students that they get the complete details regarding Instructions of PMDC MDCAT 2024 from this platform which surely will help them. MDCAT-2024 from Admit Card 24 all the candidates who have registered themselves for MDCAT-2024 from Punjab will be able to download their Admittance Cards from the University website (www.uhs.edu.pk) w.e.f September 2024. The candidates will be required to enter their Full Name and the Last Four Digits of their ID (i.e. CNIC/Passport/B-Form) used by them during registration for MDCAT-2024 to access their Admittance Card. The candidates are advised to download and take a print-out of their admittance card on white, plain, A4-size paper. The Admittance Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions. The candidate has to appear for the Test Roll No Slip MDCAT at the given Centre on the Date and Time as indicated on their Admittance Card. No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination center, on a Date and Time other than that allotted to him/her on his/her Admittance Card. Admit Card 24  the candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Information Booklet as well as on the Admittance Card carefully and follow these during the examination. In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph, as shown on the Admittance Card, the candidate must approach the University with relevant documents forthwith. Please note: Admittance Cards will not be sent by post. Admit Card Candidate shall not modify the Admittance Card or alter any entry made therein. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admittance Card for future reference. Issuance of Admittance Card shall not imply acceptance of eligibility which shall be further verified at subsequent stages of the admission process. Roll No Slip MDCAT In case you have any query/complaint regarding the issuance of your Admittance Card, send an email to mdcat2024s@uhs.edu.pk. A candidate who fails to bring Original CNIC/POC/JC/Passport/B-Form and print out his/her Admittance Card/Roll No. Slip shall not be allowed to appear in the test. Any other document except those mentioned above shall not be acceptable for appearance in the test. A physical search of candidates will be conducted before entrance into the test center. Parents/relatives shall not be allowed inside and around the test center premises. Under Section 144 imposed by the government, there shall not be any arrangements for their stay outside the center due to security reasons. They should drop their children at their respective test centers and pick them up after the test is concluded. Admit Card 24 No arrangement will be made at the centers for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates. In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items mentioned above, especially a mobile phone inside the center, it will be treated as use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate by the relevant provisions. No candidate from the other Centre will be allowed to enter in different Centre. Roll No Slip MDCAT all candidates will be allowed to appear only in the Centre indicated on their Admit Card. Question Admit Card 24 Do not copy anything from the Question paper to any other paper. Blank spaces available on the Question paper can be used for rough work only. No candidate will be allowed to go to the washroom during the first half of the test. You must come fresh to the test center. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the test center before half time of the test duration. Once the candidate leaves, he/she shall not be allowed to re-enter the test center. Roll No
